Marketing & Admin officer – part time (2-3 days a week)
Australian Pathway Consulting is a professional Migration and Educational Services company based in Melbourne CBD. As part of our expansion and growth plan, we are looking for a highly motivated and friendly Marketing and Admin Officer to be part of our professional and high performing team. Preferred start date in early January 2020.
Key responsibilities
Marketing
-
Manage social media, including planning, content development and client monitoring
-
Conduct relevant marketing initiatives to ensure effective and efficient client expansion strategy
Administration
-
Assist the Migration Agent and Education Consultant in preparing documentation for school admission and visa application
-
Provide client service support and follow up on any outstanding issues
-
Undertake relevant administration tasks and instructions when required
Key requirements
-
At least 1 year of office experience

High level of computer literacy and strong attention to detail

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese

Demonstrate teamwork skills and ability to work independently

Experience using social media platforms and digital marketing

Understanding of Australian education system or Australian student visa process is an advantage
